Chief Executive Officer
Katie Grillaert
Katie leads Goose FL’s mandate, shared compliance infrastructure that lets institutions learn together without surrendering customer data, with equitable access to AI kept at the center of every deployment. A ForHumanity Fellow in AI governance, she works with NGO and government partners on financial-inclusion systems for underserved communities.
Chief Technology Officer
Ed Vocke
Ed builds the trust stack itself: federated orchestration, decoupled differential privacy and certified machine unlearning, engineered to the standard regulated institutions require. A machine learning and privacy technologist for over a decade, he was an early adopter of deep learning, is an IEEE-published author on privacy-preserving AI, teaches AI at the Milwaukee School of Engineering, and has advised governments, nonprofits and private industry.
Chief Product Officer
Paul Crafer
Paul shapes the product so privacy, accountability and inclusion are built into the infrastructure from day one, never retrofitted. Two decades in enterprise technology, including a decade at Apple, a certified auditor for the EU AI Act and GDPR, a ForHumanity Fellow in AI Governance and Policy, and published in PECB Insights (Issue 51).
Chief Impact Officer
Lindsey Washburn
Lindsey translates the technology into measurable social and economic outcomes, leading impact strategy, partnerships and ecosystem engagement. Fifteen-plus years across government, policy and nonprofits, including scaling an international nonprofit from $2M to $18M.
